After starting and opening a midi file the program is showing midi events in the form of the list. Every midi event you can edit, move, remove from the file or add to the midi file.

About MidiWorks
This software is used for processing midi and karaoke files, compatible with SMF0 and SMF1 file format (*.mid, *.kar). MidiWorks is not an ordinary midi editor, but powerful tool dedicated for a specific musical instrument. MidiWorks uses the definition instrument files, they contain all information numbered of sounds and details about MegaVoice layers for Yamaha instruments.

Mixing console
This tool allows you to change important parameters such as: Volume, Reverb, Chorus, Variation, Balance, and also change Voice on the channel, connecting and selecting the DSP effect. All changes can be monitored in real time, using the embedded player module.
Master section provides proportional parameters regulation on the selected channels, if you want to increase value of master, please use the left mouse button and clicking on top the strip level, if you want to decrease value of master, please use the left mouse button and clicking on bottom the strip level.
Console also allows you to listen to midi file in mute and solo mode.
Transpose / Channels
This seemingly simple tool allows you many useful features, such as transposition (including the transposition of Chord Name event), move channel, copy channel, delete channel, merge channel, and to adjust pitch of notes of an octave. All this is done like a Windows, drag and drop method.
Multi editor
This is a tool serving for editing, removing and adding of events the Control Change, Program Change and Pitch Whell, as well as adding and deleting notes.
"Multi editor" superbly is suitable for a change of Voice on channel, on which he is a lot of instruments (many events Program Change)..
Additionally "Multi editor" was equipped with the "range song editor" (copy, delete song range).
Visualisation "note events", "Control Change", "Program Change" and "Pitch Whell" is helping chose place, for copying or removing the range of song.

Karaoke editor

History
My name is Thomas, welcome to the website MidiWorks software.
My adventure with midi instruments goes back to the 90s, I worked on Yamaha PSR 500 and Roland MC50.
The combination of these two tools and imagination, gave me an amazing opportunity to create music.
with time I replaced the equipment to more and more modern, came the moment when I decided to replace MC 50 with the software sequencer.
The software available on the market didn't suit me, it was too extended, universal rather than to the specific instrument. I needed the simple midi editor, without the audio edition.
I decided to write his own program, which will be rapid, specific and reliable. This way I built the MidiWorks software, and which I show you.
